Fred Rochlin was a native of Nogales, Arizona, born November 4, 1923. His parents were Russian immigrants who were among the pioneer settlers of that border town. After service in World War II, he earned a degree in architecture and later gained a reputation as a successful architect in southern California. He married wife Harriet in 1948, with whom he had four children. After retirement, Fred became a distinguished visual artist and author. He died June 22, 2002 in Los Angeles. ...
